Because we are a faith based movement, we rely heavily on the generous hearts of people to enable us to do what we do, from the fuel for our vehicles to well effective ministries. There’s different pockets this funds go into, you just need to let us know where you’d like to sow.

In our ministry, your prayers are not merely words uttered into the void; they are powerful agents of change. Through prayer, you become an integral part of our mission, weaving a tapestry of support that uplifts and guides us. Your prayers serve as pillars of strength, fortifying our resolve in times of challenge and uncertainty.

There is always Room for both Long-Term & Short-Term staffing or volunteers here with the YWAM family

Would you like to join us for a while? Share your professional skills? Perhaps together with a team from your church, school or the organization you work for? You are more than welcome!

Since our beautiful Campus is a large property in the middle of nature, there are many opportunities and challenges to make it flourish! Here are some suggestions in which we can definitely use your skills and qualities:

  • Painting the outside of the accommodation and other facilities, so that they will blend in with the landscape
  • Making a walking path around our beautiful lake with here and there small benches
  • Designing and building extra accommodation for guests and staff
  • Designing and implementing a plan for sustainable water usage (including planting more indigenous trees and plants)
  • Implementing a plan for sustainable usage of electricity (including solar panels)


Since YWAM Windhoek operates primarily on donations, we unfortunately have a very minimal budget for these projects. Fundraising for a project within your own network and community therefore will be highly appreciated!
